Payment & Delivery

Molalle Consultancy treats a transaction as successfully paid only after the payment is confirmed through the applicable verification process.

Before payment

Check the item, price, currency, customer details and payment method shown at checkout. International currency conversions can vary; where a USD quotation is generated, the checkout record should show the quoted amount and applicable rate information used by the system.

Payment verification

Supported methods may use automatic provider confirmation, manual reconciliation, or both. A payment reference or screenshot by itself is not treated as final proof where the receiving account or payment provider has not confirmed the funds.

Digital delivery

Private digital files are not exposed directly in the public catalogue. After payment verification, the order can move to delivery and the appropriate secure file access or fulfilment process is used.

Course access

Paid course enrolment is activated after the required payment and enrolment checks are complete. Published programme requirements still apply to assessment and certificates.
